Read recent large ERC-20 transfers directly from Base, Ethereum, or Arbitrum by scanning Transfer logs over the most recent blocks and filtering by a minimum token amount. Defaults to USDC on Base. Public RPC providers cap the scan window, so this covers the most recent blocks rather than a long history, and it does not label exchange wallets.
