Points from age, creatinine, heart rate, systolic BP (lower SBP scores more), troponin × ULN, HF signs, ST depression, absence of prior revascularization, and chronic lung disease. Returns integer score 0–19. Not a medical device or triage order; magent does not read an ECG or assay labs.
