Rogers 2011 aortic dissection detection risk score (ADD-RS). One point per high-risk category with any marker (conditions, pain features, exam features); two markers in the same category still add only 1; max 3. Bands 0 / 1 / 2-3. Deterministic published score with citation. Not an imaging order, not ADvISED D-dimer rule-out; score 0 does not exclude dissection.
