Lewis 1997 Bristol stool form scale: caller-assigned stool_type 1-7. Returns the assigned type and the published form wording (hard lumps like nuts through watery, entirely liquid). Stool form correlates with whole-gut transit time. magent does not inspect stool. Not a diagnosis, not constipation or diarrhea bands, and not a Rome IBS subtype.
