Returns care_label plus Dupuis 2001 Table 4 in-hospital mortality and morbidity percents from the Ottawa reference population. Not an anesthetic plan or surgical booking. magent does not examine the patient. Not Parsonnet, EuroSCORE, or Gupta MICA.
