CRUSADE in-hospital major bleeding score (Subherwal 2009 Table 4) for NSTE-ACS / NSTEMI. Points from hematocrit, caller-assigned Cockcroft–Gault CrCl, heart rate, sex, CHF, prior vascular disease, diabetes, and systolic BP. Returns integer score (max 96), quintile band, and published in-hospital major-bleeding percent. Not a medical device; magent does not compute CrCl or examine the patient.
