GCS-Pupils (GCS-P) as caller-assigned total GCS 3-15 minus pupil reactivity score (unreactive pupils 0, 1, or 2) per Brennan 2018. Returns the index only (GCS-P range 1-15). magent does not examine pupils, assign GCS, compute eye/verbal/motor (use /api/calc/gcs), or implement Part 2 probability charts. Not a medical device and not a TBI-severity diagnosis.
