Mahler 1988 modified Medical Research Council (mMRC) dyspnea grade 0-4 as assigned by the caller. Returns the grade, score (same as grade), max 4, and published wording (breathless only with strenuous exercise through too breathless to leave the house or breathless when dressing). Not GOLD ABE groups, not a BODE index, and not Bestall MRC grades 1-5. magent does not examine the patient.
