Gwynn 2019 MRC-ICU: 39 printed ICU medication and device items (1, 2, or 3 points). Multiplier classes are weight × the caller-assigned count of qualifying medications. Non-multiplier items add the printed weight when present. Output is the integer sum plus components. Not a pharmacist-staffing order; magent does not read the MAR.
