NEXUS Chest (Rodriguez 2011). Chest radiography is not indicated by this instrument only when all seven caller-assigned findings are absent: chest pain, distracting injury, chest-wall tenderness, intoxication, age >60, rapid deceleration, and altered mental status. Any one present means chest x-ray is indicated. Not a diagnosis, not Hoffman 2000 NEXUS C-spine, and not a NEXUS Chest CT instrument.
