Cheatle 2019 revised Opioid Risk Tool (ORT-OUD): nine unweighted yes/no flags (each 1; max 9). No sex. No preadolescent sexual abuse item. Scores 0-2 are non_oud; 3 or more are oud (integer cutoff for the paper's 2.5). Not Webster 2005 weighted ORT. Cheatle 2019 enrolled only Caucasian patients of European descent (parent-study genotype design); that is a population limit, not a race coefficient.
