Hyams 2016 Rome IV H3a. rome_iv_child_constipation is true iff developmental_age_at_least_4_years, duration_at_least_1_month, features_met >= 2, insufficient_criteria_for_ibs, and not_explained_by_another_condition. features_met always counts all six H3a flags (no G7 toilet-trained extras). Weekly frequency is folded into those flags. Caller assigns flags including large_fecal_mass_in_rectum. mage
