Heide 2001 SCORMA: extent_percent/5 + 5*intensity_sum + 2*symptom_sum/5. Extent 0-100 (diffuse cutaneous mastocytosis is 100). Four intensity signs 0-3 (pigmentation, vesiculation, elevation/induration, Darier's sign). Five symptoms 0-10 (flushing, provocation factors, diarrhoea, bone pain, pruritus). Max 100. magent does not examine the skin. Not a diagnosis, WHO/ICC criteria, REMA, or tryptase.
