Shock index as heart rate in bpm divided by cuff systolic pressure in mm Hg (Allgöwer and Burri 1967). Returns the original ratio rounded to two decimals. Not a shock diagnosis, treatment target, or cutoff, and does not use MAP or diastolic pressure.
