Beaubien-Souligny 2020 VExUS C only (not A, B, D, or E). Caller-assigned ivc_dilated (IVC ≥2 cm) plus hepatic, portal, and intra-renal Doppler each normal, mild, or severe. Grade 0 if the IVC is not dilated; 1 if dilated with zero severe patterns; 2 if exactly one severe; 3 if two or more are severe. magent does not perform ultrasound.
