Kahn 2009 Villalta scale (ISTH SSC): five caller-assigned symptoms and six signs, each 0-3 (none/mild/moderate/severe), summed 0-33. Venous ulcer is a separate boolean and is not added as 15 points. PTS if score ≥5 or ulcer; bands none 0-4 (no ulcer), mild 5-9, moderate 10-14, severe if ≥15 or ulcer. magent does not examine the limb. Not CEAP, not VCSS, not Ginsberg PTS.
