Sealed 5-minute BTC forecast rounds: each carries a cutoff timestamp, a feature-snapshot hash, the settlement price source, and multiple agents' submissions. Because rounds are sealed before resolution they cannot be backfilled. A dataset for benchmarking, not a trading signal.
