Resolve a stock ticker symbol or company name to its SEC Central Index Key (CIK) — the identifier every other EDGAR endpoint keys on. Exact ticker matches rank first, then company-name prefix/substring matches. Returns each match's zero-padded CIK, numeric CIK, ticker and official company title. Backed by SEC's company_tickers reference file (U.S. public domain).
