Submit an image URL into MemeStack's moderation review queue; accepted images are published in the public, AI-captioned gallery with attribution. 100 sats (USDC equivalent) per submission, never refunded on moderation rejection (the fee is the anti-spam mechanism). No account or API key: the x402 (USDC on Base) or L402 (Lightning) payment is the auth.
Bazaar lists this endpoint, but when we called it we got
