Use when someone needs to receive money in Brazil — an invoice, a split bill, a donation, a checkout. Builds a Pix BR Code ("Copia e Cola" string payable in any Brazilian bank app) plus a QR PNG, per the Central Bank spec; the key is not stored. JSON body: key and merchant_name required; amount, merchant_city, txid, description optional. Returns brcode and qr_png_base64.
