Get a signed pass/fail verdict on a deliverable against your acceptance spec, synchronously. Deterministic checks only: JSON Schema conformance, JSON path assertions, sha256 content hash, regex, length bounds. Returns an Ed25519 signed verdict document any third party can verify offline; suitable as evidence for escrow release. $1.00 per verdict, no account.
Bazaar lists this endpoint, but when we called it we got
