Fetch one SEC filing document from EDGAR Archives by { cik, accession, filename } (from edgar/fulltext hit ids or edgar/filings). Returns the raw document — Form D XML carries offering amounts, Form C/C-AR XML carries revenue/net income of private companies, Form 4 XML carries insider buys/sells. Prefer .xml/.htm/.txt files (not PDFs).
