EDGAR daily index: EVERY filing of EVERY form type for one day (plain-text form.idx). Pass `date` (YYYY-MM-DD, business days; weekends/holidays 404 = no filings). Rows: form type, company, CIK, date, filing path. THE way to enumerate all Form Ds (or any form) in a date window — one call per day; filter rows by form prefix; full-text/kadec0 search cannot do this (they need a query term).
