Search the full text of every SEC filing since 2001. Answers the question a per-company filings feed cannot: which registrants used a given phrase, in which form, and when. Wrap a phrase in double quotes for an exact match, filter by form type and date, and get a breakdown by form and by company alongside the filings themselves.
