What an institutional manager actually changed last quarter. Reads 13F-HR filings for a CIK, parses the information table, aggregates by issuer and diffs consecutive quarters into opened, closed, increased and decreased positions with dollar values and portfolio weights. The diff is the signal — a holdings snapshot on its own says nothing about intent.
