Pass `?recipient=Lockheed Martin` (required, fuzzy name match) plus optional `?award_type=contracts|grants|all`, `?order=amount|date`, `?limit=` (max 50). Each award carries the award id, amount, awarding agency, period of performance, description, and a usaspending.gov link, with a total. A government-spending catalyst.
