Each row has the ticker, execution date, direction (`forward`/`reverse`), split_from/split_to, numeric `ratio`, and a human `ratio_text` like `10:1` or `1:8`. Future-dated announced splits sort first. Filter `?type=forward|reverse|all`, `?from=`/`?to=` date window, `?order=`, `?limit=`. From x402stock
